  7. If you have not yet created or downloaded a record with your personal information, a dialog box appears requesting the "My Record" information. The My Record is the contact record for the creator of the database. Once you have created or downloaded your own record, you can view your personal information by choosing My Record from the View menu. To fill in personal information:

  9. <LI>On the HPC, double-tap the ACT! icon. The Enter My Record Information dialog box appears.
  10. <p><b>Note:</b> This dialog box appears only if you have not yet created or downloaded a record with your personal information.

  12. <LI>Enter your personal information in each field.
  13. <LI>Tap OK to save your information. ACT! creates a new database.
